The calmest animal on Earth now sorts your insurance.
This is Klido: a capybara, a friend to everyone, and the reason moving to Slovakia doesn't have to be stressful. Say hello, and let him take the scary paperwork off your plate. You're in good paws.

So, who is this little guy?
This is Klido, a capybara. If you have never met one, capybaras are large, gentle animals from South America with one famous superpower: staying completely calm. Birds perch on them, other animals nap right beside them, and they just relax through all of it. Klido brings that same calm to something that usually causes a lot of it — your insurance.

Why we chose a capybara
Capybaras are famous for two things: getting along with absolutely everyone, and being impossibly relaxed — you'll even find them soaking in warm baths full of floating yuzu oranges. That felt exactly right for people arriving in Slovakia from all over the world. So we gave this one a warm orange coat and a Slovak name: Klido, from “kľud”, the word for calm. It was meant to be.

You don't have to figure it out alone
The visa. The residence permit. The health insurance the office keeps asking about. Klido knows this maze by heart, so you never have to learn it — you just tell him a few simple things, in clear English, and he quietly handles the rest. It usually takes about ten minutes, and it all happens online, from your phone. You are not doing this alone.

Think of it as an umbrella
Health insurance can sound heavy, but really it's just shelter. When the rain comes — a fever, a fall, a check-up you didn't plan for — you're already covered. Klido holds the umbrella; you stay dry. And because it's the paperwork that makes your visa and residence permit possible, staying covered is also what lets you stay.

Klido makes friends fast
Capybaras get along with everyone, and Klido is no different — if a little bird lands on his head, he simply says hello. Once you are settled and covered, he is just as happy to help a friend who is new here and feeling a bit lost. Send them his way. Calm, like good news, spreads quickly.

How a capybara ended up in the insurance business
Klido began with a simple question: what if sorting out your insurance actually felt calm? For a lot of people, insurance means grey offices, endless forms, and phone calls that lead nowhere — especially in a country whose language you are still learning. We wanted to build the exact opposite of that.
So we went looking for the calmest creature on the planet, and there it was: a capybara, half-asleep in a warm spring with a little bird resting on its head. It does not rush. It does not panic. It is friends with absolutely everyone. We named him after “kľud”, the Slovak word for calm — say it softly and you can almost hear the sigh of relief in it.
He was made in Slovakia, with big friendly eyes and a peaceful little face, and he has one job: take the worry off your plate. Today he helps people from all over the world get covered — one quiet, stress-free step at a time, at his own gentle pace.
