What you need
- 1An ID document — passport or residence permit (document number, or birth number if you have one).
- 2Your temporary residence address in Slovakia (as stated on your residence permit).
- 3For the Safety plan, a short health questionnaire — you fill it in online with us.
- 4An online signature — confirmed by e-mail, done in a few minutes.
- 5The confirmation is accepted by the Slovak Foreign Police for your residence application.
Coverage limits (Safety)
€Total coverage up to €60,000 per insurance period.
€Dental treatment is acute only; the sub-limit is set in the policy.
€Transport and repatriation within the sum insured.
Not covered by either plan
- Illnesses or injuries that existed before the policy started (pre-existing).
- Pregnancy and childbirth (beyond urgent care and the pregnancy-confirmation exam).
- Mental disorders, addictions and infertility treatment.
- Rehabilitation, physiotherapy and spa treatment (under urgent care).
- High-risk sports and certain manual work (unless agreed).
